## The Challenge
Two smaller competitor OOH players teamed up to take on an industry heavyweight for the V&A Waterfront media rights—Africa's top retail destination. Together with the Innovocean team, we worked to meet the directive: "Make the V&A a destination." This required a collaborative effort to build a brand, a strategy, and a pitch powerful enough to win.
## The Strategic Shift
In collaboration with the Innovocean team, I conceptualised and developed the Innovocean brand, positioning it as more than media—a curator of the V&A's essence: Ocean, Mountain, Art, Food, Fashion. Through our joint efforts, the pitch evolved into a 300+ page coffee table book, visually bringing the vision to life and redefining the role of OOH at the V&A.

Our collaboration paid off—Innovocean won the tender, beating an industry heavyweight. Sales have hit record highs year after year, a testament to the teamwork with Innovocean. Together, we pioneered Africa's first anamorphic screens at the V&A, securing their status as an industry disruptor.
